Arjantinli ünlü çellist Sol Gabetta "Il progetto Vivaldi 3" adlı albümünde yine kardeşi Andrés Gabetta ile kurduğu grubu Capella Gabetta ile bir ekip çalışması gerçekleştirmiş. Bu arada kardeşinin grubun maestrosu olduğunu da belirtelim.
Bu yeni plakta ( ki CD formatta da albüm mevcut ) Sol ve Capella üç harika çello konçertosu Vivaldi'den kaydetmişler, bunlara ek olarak sanatçı önceden çok az kaydedilmiş olan barok konçertolara da yer vermiş bu albümde.
Albüm Sony Classical' dan açılır kapaklı double LP olarak yayımlandı.

Fortunato Chelleri'nin (1690-1757) çello konçertosunun bu albümde dünya premiere' i yapılmakta. Ayrıca, Giovanni B. Platti (1697?-1763), Andrea Teodoro Zani (1696-1757) ve Fortunato Chelleri' nin (1690-1757) çello konçertoları yer almakta ki bunlar Bavyera/almanya'da Wuerzburg yakınlarındaki bir kale olan Schloss Wiesentheid'te uzun yıllar bir arşivde gizli kaldıktan sonra ortaya çıkan çalışmalar. Bu eserler kendine farklı bir repertuar arayan Sol'un çalışmaları sırasında bulunmuş. Tüm bu eserler zamanında kendiside çello çalan Schloss Wiesentheid kontu tarafından vakt-i zamanında sipariş edilmiş.
Albümde Sol Gabetta bu barok eserleri iki farklı çello ile seslendirmekte: Biri 1759 Guadagini yapımı çello ve diğeri 1781 Gagliano yapımı çello. Ayrıca Capella Gabetta'da otantik enstrumanlar çalmakta.

For this new vinly album ( also availabe as CD ) Sol and the Cappella Gabetta recorded three beautiful cello concertos by Antonio Vivaldi but also breathtaking baroque cello concertos which have been rarely recorded and heard before.
The cello concerto by Fortunato Chelleri (1690-1757) is a world premiere recording. The cello concertos by Giovanni B. Platti (1697?-1763), Andrea Teodoro Zani (1696-1757), and Fortunato Chelleri (1690-1757) were hidden in an archive in Schloss Wiesentheid, a castle near Wuerzburg in Bavaria/Germany. These gems of baroque music were discovered when Sol was looking for interesting new repertoire. All these works were commissioned by the duke of Schloss Wiesentheid who played cello himself and hired these Italian composers.
Sol used two different cellos to play this splendid baroque music: her Guadagini cello from 1759 (with gut strings) and her Gagliano from 1781. The Cappella Gabetta plays on authentic instruments as well.
